                                            How to do a Chin-up

  A chin-up is helping your upper body strength for your triceps.
 Equipment: playground bar

 1. First you need to go to a playground bar taller than you and slowly jump up,

 2. next your fingers should facing towards you, and pull up so your head goes over the bar.

 3. Do this for a month then your upper body strength and do this for a month
